Exercise: 1 hour weight training w/trainer
Here goes......THIS AIN'T PRETTY!!
B: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/3 banana
S: 1 oz. almonds; 1 oz. beef jerky
S: 2 miniature snickers; 2 miniature reese's peanut butter cups
L: 4 oz. baked chicken; 1/2 cup yellow squash; 1 fresh nectarine
S: 10 potato chips
D: 4 pittetes (cracker size pita pockets); 4 pieces cheddar cheese
Headed to the park to do 3 miles....to try to burn all the CRAP I ate today!

Okay....I believe I said yesterday it was more important to be accountable on a bad day?
B: mushroom spinach egg beaters omelet
3 turkey bacon
S: WW string cheese
L: 3 oz turkey breast
boiled cabbage
S: (babysitting for grandkids and from here on in it all went south)
1 teddy graham
D: McDonald's....cheeseburgery (without bun)
1 small french fry that my GS didn't eat
1/2 hot fudge sundae (shared with GS)
S: 2 handfuls of baked potato chips
1 pkg. Smarties
10 donut holes (drive thru at Tim Horton's on way home...don't know what possessed me!)
First off....HOUR, yes, my sistahs...of fast walk/jog = wog.
Then, raw egg + 1 c nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium + 1 Tbs + 2 pjts splenda
1 cappacino pdr in coffee
broccoli w/pb, about a cup of veg, 2 tsp pb. it was good.
L: 1 c tomato hi pro soup + 1.5 oz chicken in greek yogurt + 1/4 c black olives + 1/4 c cottage cheese.
1 string cheese
2 beer + 2 shots tequila
Supper: chicken, pasta, steamed veggies
EDIT: Blewwww it after supper....PMS I guess, and i did not like supper - chicken thighs - yech. So, I ate too little of it. SHOULD have fixed some repair food, but nooooooo I get up well after supper to have 1/2 **** cream and 3 ginger cookies. man alive. what a dope.
