Sometimes I think it's more important to be accountable here when we're having a "bad" day than anything.
B: eggbeater omelet with mushrooms and sharp cheddar
turkey breakfast sausage
S: handful almonds
L: grilled chicken breast
boiled cabbage with cider vinegar
S: WW string cheese
Asian slaw
D: turkey breast
2 small cucumbers
WW string cheese
S: protein shake
1200 calories
Have been away.
B. 1 cup 1 % milk Lunch: 1 small tin water packed tuna and baked crackers. Supper: 2 chicken legs with skin and coleslaw and then 6 veggie nuggets.
All around 1600 cals.
Have been on a sweet binge while away. Felt awful. It is good to be totally abstinent about sugar....... at least for me it is.
