Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin on
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine and soy milk
1 can New England clam chowder
1/2 can light fruit ****tail, drained
1-1/2 cups soy milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
