B: Skipped (too busy to eat) S: Yogurt Parfait (320 cal) L: Turkey Club W/Avocado (400 cal) D: Flank steak w/ some sort of carb (400 cal) S: Ice cream (400 cal) Total:1520 - not too shabby.

HI neen.   Today: Loads of laundry, cleaning up camp stuff. 1 egg + 1 c nf milk + 2 splendas + 1 tbs cocoa pdr + 1 tsp cinnamon (egg cream 3 hour bike ride. A bit much; I am exhausterated after camping all weekend. I did take a few breaks. whew...hot too out there.  Supposed to get to 112. Yup, not a typo - 1 hundred freakin TWELVE.  Post ride:  1 white peach Lunch: 1 slice rye bread + 3 oz chicken + 2 tsp mayo + 1 diet pepsi  Snack:  pb with celery Supper:  Beef roast cooked in dutch oven at camp on Saturday, cooked into a pot pie with chipotle gravy, rice, peppers, corn.    Peaches and ice cream for dessert!

Necee...I would DIE in that weather!  I feel for ya. B:  three fruit smoothie L:  blended salad with veg. chili D:  egg subs. omelet with veg chili and potato filling, and broccoli soup

B: 1 c swtnd steel cut oats L: nothing S: 5 meatballs in a little BBQ sauce S: 3 bites laffy taffy, 1 sm slim jim, 1 chic o stick, 1 Little Debbie Swiss Roll...enough snacks or what D: 1.5pc sausage, 1 pkg beef ramen S: 1/2 L.D. Swiss Roll, 6 mambo candies Exercise: 2hours swimming Not a great day eating overall but there's always tomorrow.

Exercise:  1 hr weight training w/trainer B: toasted whole wheat english muffin, 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1/2 banana S: 1 oz. Cabot cheese, handful of dark M&Ms L: 4 oz. baked chicken, 1/2 cup yellow squash S: 10 fresh strawberries, handful of dark M&Ms D: Large salad - lettuce, crumbled bleu cheese, croutons, italian salad dressing S: either a sugar free popsicle or a skinny coffee after I walk the dog

Neecee....3 hr bike ride in 100+ degree heat?  Are you crazy?  I had a heart attack just reading it!! B:  scrambled eggs with turkey sausage       1 slice cheese L:  turkey breast       3 small cucumbers S:  1 oz shredded LF mozzerella       1 WW string cheese       2 slices LF swiss       (OMG...enough cheese or what?) D:  chicken breast (leftover grilled)       1/4 boiled cabbage

It was a chilly 80-95 degrees!  I went early.  It was too much for me, beleive me. too tired!
