What did you eat today.. July 6
Ok.. after 6:00pm and no one has posed this question... Janina.. Bethy... Holly.. where IS everyone! lol
I haven't eaten much so far today.. but I ended up over indulging in sugar free/fat free banana instant pudding last night... I ate like 3 servings of 1/4 c each over the course of the night. Maybe it wasn't so bad .. ya never know.. I might have eaten something more damaging.
Today:
2 slices of roast beast w/2 slices of provolone
about 1/2 oz of ham (I snitched a taste)
about 1/4 serving of oscar meyer shaved turkey (only 45 cal per serving.. so no biggie)
Activities:
Um.. cleaned the house (Amen), 3 or 4 loads of laundry, put a ham in the oven and went to the gym.
Only did like 45 minutes of interval on the treadmill and another 15 on the eliptical.
Went shopping
came home and fed the troops.............................. hmm... trying to get up the courage to get up and iron Jon's shirts for the week.
Scale is better.. not great.. but I'm a workin' on it.

Exercise: 3 miles walking around jogging trail @ park - 33 minutes B: toasted whole wheat english muffin, 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1/2 banana S: 4 pittetes (cracker-sized pitas) w/cheddar cheese L: grilled hamburger w/blue cheese (no bun) S: 1 oz. beef jerky D: Haven't eaten yet but I plan to have 4 oz. baked chicken, 1/2 cup summer squash, 2 squares dark chocolate S: sugar free popsicle when I return from walking the dog @ the park
I've been slavin' in the kitchen all day long. Had three little girls spend the last night so I made them waffles. Good news is that I didn't even eat a crumb.
After that I started chopping, and preparing for this weeks food. I've had a little family fued if you want to call it that, and it brought back memories of my dad passing two years ago. So I'm trying to put all my strength and frustration of that into my preparation. Turned on some good music and chopped away. Does that make sense? hehe Guess it's because he never got to see me skinny. Anyways, I'm tired of chopping! It's amazing how we can put our frustrations into chopping or little things. I've now been chopping for five hours!haha I'm dying for a glass of wine or a beer, I might give in and have one or two.
B: banana, strawberry, and apple smoothie
L: hummus with snap peas, baby carrots, and celery
D: broccoli soup with bean patty, lettuce and tomato, and watermelon
B: iced brownie w/ cookie sprinkles, capri sun
L: 2 cups salad w/ 2tbsp cheese, 1tbs egg, 10 pcs pepperoni, 1/4c tomato, 2tbs blue cheese dressing; 1/2c green beans; 1/4**** cream w/ tbs choc cake crumbs, 1tbs choc syrup, and 10 mini marshmallows; 3oz chicken monterey; 1/2 plain baked potato
D: 1 beef hotdog, 1 slice american cheese, 3/4c cinnamon mini wheats
S: 1st tomato of the year from our garden. I have a severe tomato craving right now.
Exercise: weedeating, mowing the lawn (rider so arms only)
