What did you eat today? 07/04
B: none
L: 1/2 bbq pork steak, 1 bbq chicken thigh, 1/2c california blend veggies w/butter, 1/4 buffalo chicken dip, 2 stalks celery, 10 mini tortilla chips, 1 dill pickle slice
D: 1/2c buffalo chicken dip, 1 stalk celery, 20-30 mini tortilla chips
S: 1/4c buffalo chicken dip, 1 stalk celery, 15 mini tortilla chips, 12 oz Mountain Dew, about 3 big swigs of hubby's beer, small handful doritos, small piece cake no icing...I hope I remembered everything. I did alot of picking.
Exercise: little jaunts of walking from camper to shower house and car to fireworks site. Nothing else.
We stayed at home! If we had gone somewhere I probably would have eaten bad stuff.
B: Bowl of Total cereal with skim milk and wheat english muffin w/ TBL apple butter
L: 1/2 can of Healthy Choice bean and ham soup, about 2 cups probably of big chunks of watermelon
S: 1 serving RF cheez-its
D: Healthy Choice sausage (1.5 servings), some "dirty rice" I made up - 1 serving
I ate out of utter boredom for the 4th!
Stea**** and eggs after the gym
Did like 45 minute warmup, 50 minutes of weights with Andrew, then another 45 cardio.. feel lazy
later in the afternoon I had stea**** and eggs again
in between somewhere I threw a hot dog in the microwave >1 carb
did it again sometime.. wasn't very mindful of it.
Late night I hit up some leftover veggies in the fridge and in the wee hours.. like about 3 or 4am I had stea**** and eggs again!!!!! Just.. severely mowwing down..
