Lunch
Healthy salad with mushrooms, tomato slices, baby carrots, sunflower seeds, and fat free Caesar dressing
8 oz. soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
1 peach
1 peanut butter and sugar-free blackberry jam sandwich on multi-grain bread
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Slow Cooker Bubble Pizza, with tempeh and seitan instead of animal meat, and vegan cheddar and mozzarella non-dairy cheeses
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Diet root beer
