My games I need to win are:
1) Gee, that tasted so good. I think I'll have some more.
2) It's just a weekly treat. I'm allowed that much.
3) I paid for it. I'm gonna eat it. (Especially at buffets. EVIL EVIL EVIL places!!!!)
Winning strategies:
1) If you eat it slower, you won't need more. Taste your food for once.
2) A weekly treat does not entitle you to binge. A treat is just that...A TREAT.
3) You paid for it but just how much did you really pay for. You paid for your groceries, too, but are you going to eat all of them at one sitting as well? Folks, what are your games and winning strategies?????

Games:
1) Mike and Ikes are little, and I eat them during the ball game, so they don't count, right?
2) Eh... I'll get on the treadmill tomorrow. What's 15 minutes going to get me anyway?
3) I made progress - I can take a break!
Winning Strategies:
1) No you moron, you're still EATING, so those calories DO COUNT!
2) No you won't. Tomorrow you'll say the same thing, so get your ass up and do it now!
3) No, if you take a break, it's like taking your foot off the brake while the shifter is in neutral - you'll roll backwards. Keep your foot on the peddal!!
Ooh I can so relate to this one.
My games:
1. My most evil: No one's looking, so it won't count. I can eat them all!
2. It's so hard on weekends with dh home, maybe I'll eat just a little extra.
3. Ice cream cures all, didn't ya know it! :) Get stressed..eat ice cream, don't feel good...eat ice cream, have a head ache....yep...eat ice cream.
Winning strategies:
1. What I eat in private will show in public. Put it down, and wait for the appropriate meal.
2. Get tough Holly, it's only two days and it won't kill you. It will SAVE you in the long run, stay out of the sweets and junk food regardless if dh eats it or not.
3. STAY AWAY IT'S EVIL!! I can't eat it in portion, so stay away from it, and quit using feelings as an excuse to eat it.

1) Three bites taste just as good as ten bites does. Three will do it for me. 2) I have eaten my dinner. I will throw this away after asking DH once if he wants it. If I want more food in 30 minutes, i will have a piece of fruit.
3) I will choose one or two special things and eat a few bites. I will fill myself up on veggies and remember that parties are mostly about being with my friends and family - NOT about food.

2) I'll take my vitamins later.
3) I'm too tired to cook, I'll just pick something up at _____( insert fattening fast food here ).
Winning Strategies
1) You had all day to get this water in and by waking up to pee all night, it will teach you to get r done during the day. You need this water to lose weight just as much as you need sleep to lose weight.
2) Take your vitamins as soon as you finish breakfast for them to be more effective and it will trigger your brain to eat and take vitamins.
3) Go home and rest a few minutes with your feet up, take a few deep breaths and get your second wind, and then do the right thing, prepare a healthy meal. Or quick thaw something out of the freezer already cooked!
