1 Italian sausage link 1 steak um  1 whole egg 1 egg white 1 ste *** 1 whole egg 1 egg white stuck my finger in the cream cheese having coffee w/splenda, sugar free french vanilla and heavy whipped cream

Today: 30 minute walk before work 1 egg cream 1 tiny meal bar L: 2 ezeke bread w/ pb + 1 svg hi pro pretzels Snack:  hot choco hi pro DH made clam dip...gaaaa, had to taste with a couple of sun chips.  done now. Dinner: brats + mac/Cheese, broccoli slaw we'll see how packing for camping goes, but would like to take a walk tonight!

1 bunch of grapes    3 rye bread slices        4 cups of soup  water No excercise except for a 10 minute walk.
