What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
Well, if you're asking about Monday...I stayed on my food plan! No exercise. Filed a HUGE pile of mail, etc, that has been laying about for too long at the house.
Tuesday: walked outside for the first time in 10 days! 30 minutes, wore a mask. The smoke is clearing, but it is not quite to my standards yet. God bless firefighters.
Tonight, I get ready for camping at the coast. I cannot wait to beach walk, ride bikes in fresh air.
Monday..did a 20 minute work out..and alittle bit later did a 20 minute ab workout. Other then that..got nothing accomplished. Slept in until 10 which was nice!! But didn't get any cleaning done. Its ok to have a lazy day though..didn't overeat...and did my exercise...and always feel a ton better afterwards!
So far, got up and went straight outside and weedeated until the battery ran low. Now, I am cleaning my bedroom which is a severe undertaking since my house has little to no storage so my room becomes the "catch all". I know it will take an hour minimum.
I really want to go for a walk today. We'll see what happens, tho.
I want to go hiking and picnicking so badly right now but not really seeing the opportunity right now.
Maybe I can fit a bike ride in even tho I'm still not completely comfortable on my bike yet. Gotta start somewhere tho.
Well, have a great day ladies. I think I am going to go outside. Being in here is driving me stir crazy right now.
