B: Yogurt w/granola (320 cal) L: Turkey club w/avocado (400 cal) D: Some kind of steak and pasta (500 cal)  I'll update when I figure out exactly what dinner will be

B: didn't eat L: Mexican Chicken and H2O Snack-protein shake D: 5 chicken nuggets...mac and cheese...corn on the cob 1 banana And then had a couple bites of some ice cream just to take care of the sweet craving. And i did have maybe a half of a pepsi

B: 1 sausage patty, 8oz ff sf yogurt, 6 fried potato slices L: tortilla wrap with 3 slice chicken lunch meat, 9pcs pepperoni, 1/2c lettuce, 1/4c cheese, 1tsp honey mustard D: hot ham and cheese (no top bun), side salad w/ ff italian dressing, diet coke Exercise: hoed the garden x 30 min, weedeated x 30 min

2 eggs and 2 stea**** 1 whole egg/ 1 eggwhite/1 ste *** 1 piece of sausage w/1 fried egg (what the hell is it with eggs today) I made a concoction for dinner tonight.. grabbed a couple of tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash out of the garden.. cut 'em up and added sweet onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, lots of basil and chicken strips.. topped with a mozarella and provolone combo.. It was pretty tasty if I do say so myself. Exercise:  only did 70 minutes of cardio and only 10 of 'em was the eliptical.  My hip was paining, so I got off and did a lot of treadmill. Weight is finally coming back down.  I must be draining the fluid.. man.. 17 lb gain in a week and a half FREAKED me out.  So far I'm back down to 212.  Must be more to drain because I was 203 when I got back to SC.

1 cup 1% milk, 1 large orange, 1/2 large submarine sandwich with the works, small bowl of ceasar salad, 2 large plums, 1 small roast potatoe. Not one drop of refined sugar. Not one drop of  added butter or oil. 40 min cardio and 20 min weights.
