L: 2cups lettuce w/ 1tbsp gorganzola, 1/4c cheddar, 8 pepperoni slices, 2tbsp balsamic vinagrette; 1/2c chicken salad on 1pc whole grain bread
D: chicken strip kids meal from DQ...2 small fried chicken strips, 1/4c white gravy, about 10 french fries, small vanilla cone, sm diet coke
S: 20 almonds (also had this for a late night snack last night)
S: I was naughty. 1.5 bags chips (99 cent bags), 20oz mountain dew
Exercise: raked the garden from yesterday's weed massacre and very small amount of weedeating.
