B: 1c scrambled egg w/ lean chicken slices and cheese mixed in; 1 sausage patty L: 2cups lettuce w/ 1tbsp gorganzola, 1/4c cheddar, 8 pepperoni slices, 2tbsp balsamic vinagrette; 1/2c chicken salad on 1pc whole grain bread D: chicken strip kids meal from DQ...2 small fried chicken strips, 1/4c white gravy, about 10 french fries, small vanilla cone, sm diet coke S: 20 almonds (also had this for a late night snack last night) S: I was naughty. 1.5 bags chips (99 cent bags), 20oz mountain dew Exercise: raked the garden from yesterday's weed massacre and very small amount of weedeating.

Sunday food: 1 egg + 1/2 c brown rice + leftover spinach salad w/bleu cheese  cantalope parts 1 EAS drink 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk + 1 c hi pro soup Supper:  beef & broccoli w/nuts immediately after:  1/2 **** cream, choco sauce, nuts Exercise:  1 hour asanas, housework
