Well what a day!! Stayed around the house most of the day today. Just been doing laundry and other house work. Well I decided to take a hydroxcut and get some energy. I have taken one before and it didn't bother me. Well after taking it..I started getting a headache..then I started feeling sick to my stomach. This is so not feeling this way thats for sure. I just feel "blah" today. we got out for alittle bit and I got me a sweet tea..and it tasted horrible to me..was just way to sweet...well then the kids and hubby wanted to just grab something to eat while we were out..so we went to Mcd's....my least favorite place to go..i was craving taco bell myself..but i ate a double cheeseburger and fries..and that was probably bout 2 hrs ago..and my stomach has that empty feeling..like I am getting hungry again.. Well it has been said that when you eat junk food it doesn't stick with you..is that what is going on? I didnt exercise at all yesterday..yeah i skipped..and havent exercised at all yet today. Which i plan on it later tonight after I get the kids in bed if i get to feeling better that is... Neecee...I am glad that you mentioned how when you exercise more that it seems you are hungry more..i guess it does make sense..I may exercise for only 20mins but it seems i get hungry more..I am glad that you mentioned that..guess its normal. Also, I think part of it is..I actually LET my stomach grawl now..before I'd just eat and wasn't even hungry..I don't do that now..I try my best to only eat when its really hunger and not just bored or stressed. Well there really is no point to this post..just feeling blah today..and it seems really unreal to me that I could even possible be getting hungry. Hopefully this hydroxcut wears off soon!!

Hell, don't ask ME about hunger...51 years old and I still have trouble most days knowing between a true hunger pang and a craving. Only very recently will I trust my judgment on that difference. I am not sure about whether exercise increases my hunger...I am testing it out. It sounds reasonable, right?  I know the days when I do big exercise, like a 3 hour bike ride, for sure it will kick in eventually.  During the ride, i am rarely hungry...I have learned to make sure I eat good foods or I would eat any. thing. in. my. path. I think the point of me knowing this is to make sure i do eat, and try hard to make sure it is 80-90% of the time the right foods for when the hunger kicks up.  And yeah, McD's or the like...an hour later, I feel like going again. That is one thing that Super Size me affirmed for me - i thnk they do put potent stuff in that food to keep you addicted. I know I would crave a Big Mac and it was a hard one to break. I could eat two at one sitting! Plus a large fries, and if i had the $, a shake to go on top of it. I felt miserable for a while, but it would go thru my system very quickly.

Can't say I was ever to the point of being able to eat 2 big macs and a large fry and a shake on top of it. Usally after the big mac and the fry and drink I am miserable. Well i was headed to taco bell tonight to get me a bean burrito and i pretty much just drove around the block. And had myself talked out of it..which is crazy since gas is so expensive but at least taco bell didn't get my money on top of it. I came home had a glass of water...and some fresh cherries. And i am satisfied!! I am really glad!!! I think I had that craving for more junk food..plus it was 8pm and i hate eating late. So i am really glad that i got myself talked out of it and changed my mind. The cherries and water satisfied me and was a lot better for me!! And yes neecee..more exercise..being hungry more..makes sense..you are burning calories that you took in earlier..so it only makes sense to be hungry..but i have read too..according to turbo jam when you exercise it takes away from wanting to eat. But a lot of it i am sure shes talking about eating when you aren't really hungry.  I am so greatful for this board..to be able to come on here and vent..and peope understand!!! And respond.

Give yourself a pat on the back for talking yourself out of it.  Usually once your in the car the rest is history.  New habits are in the works. Brenda

Girl, when I workout, my appetite is atrocious!!!  That's why I save my carbs and eat lots of protein for fuel.  Now look here, how in the world can you power up your body for Turbo Jam eating at McD's.  I'm just sayin'. And let's not forget the importance of H20 when it comes to pumping oxygen through our systems.  It may not be food your body is hungering for, but lots and lots of water.  It's the only time in the day I get my water in without forcing it. Congratulations on putting the brakes on TB...it's an EVIL Hell Hole!  Cherries are more filling anyway. Cool Mary

I know! I shouldn't of ate at Mcd's. Big mistake. And to i know that i don't drink near enough of water..whats weird..i always crave water before going to bed..so i usually end up taking a glass of water to bed with me. And i was obviously hungry for some water lastnight. haha TB is a evil hell hole but it just tastes so good!! My cherries were awesome though..and i got my youngest to try one and he really liked it..so he ate i think like 3 of them with me!
