B: 6pc bacon, 8oz sf ff yogurt L: 2 cheddar brats, 1/4c garden fresh peas, 1/4c garden fresh broccoli, 2 slices honeydew melon D: 3c salad w/ 3 - 10 cal slices chicken lunchmeat, 16 slices pepperoni, 1/4c cheese, 3tbsp balsamic vinagrette; 8oz sf ff yogurt, 1/2 pop tart Exercise: Church cleanup day so...swept and straightened up church basement, weedeating, hoeing the garden, mowing grass (rider), came home and hoed garden, mowed grass (rider) then we went swimming....lots of movement and working out today. It was a good day for me food and exercise wise. I'm happy and the best part is that the scale keeps going down. Beth

B:  honey grain bagel from Breugger's S:  Light N Fit yogurt L:  shrimp N spinach salad at Applebee's S:  meatball and sausage (making sauce) D:  small portion spaghetti with sauce       2 meatballs       Italian bread (1 slice, no butter)       sliver banana chocolate chip cake Not a great day food wise...too many carbs....didn't count points

Hi Beth!  wOOtie toot toot to YOU! You are doin' it.  Saturday food & exercise: 1 whey psyllium oj drink 2 hours + Housework, mainly vaccuuming car, rugs, floors.  Folding mountain of clothes, major dusting. Lunchish time: 1 egg cream with 1/3 c german yogurt (full fat) Went for 45 minute power walk inside mall. It was smoky in there, too! But not like outside. After walk: 1 c spinach + 2 ounces turkey + 1/2 oz hard cheese Later in the afternoon: 1 strawberry chex (160 cals), 1/2 svg tortilla chips with greek yogurt, olives Supper: 2 slices thin crust pizza all meat + 1.5 c fresh spinach salad w/feta, cranberries, walnuts and tamari dressing 2 stiff vodka, diet tonics to try to go to sleep at about 10 pm Did not help...was up til 1:00

That's the way to get 'er done, girlie! This morning I did 2 whole eggs w/three egg whites and used 3 stea**** and 1 sausage all mixed up and gave Jon the larger portion... so I gotta kinda guess I had like 1 ste *** 1 egg and 1 eggwhite (I dunno). Now.. for MORE stea****!  Fried up some peppers and onions (thank you for reminding me how good this is, Bethy) and threw in some stea**** broken up.... again, gave Jon a nice big plate of it and I had a portion (guessing about 1 ste *** little onion.. maybe 1/2 a green pepper. Dinner (no.. not more stea****).. lol  Got a nice sirloin tip roast...  had a couple of ounces w/a piece of broccoli. I took off of the gym today (went all week), but mowed the lawn, weeded the gardens, trimmed, clipped, planted some hosta... I was only out there for 2.5 hours, but it was a decent sweat. um.. EDIT:  hahha.. this was actually Sunday... I can't remember what I did Saturday.. lol
