You are all doing so well. OK... 1 cup 1% milk/        1 cup spinach/           1 large tuna steak fried with 1/2 tbls butter vegetable soup 2 cups ( made with broth )  1 slice of chicken           2 scoops sherbet. 4 butterscotch candies. 50 minute walk.

Dude, you are a study and a half....by all rights with or without exercise you should be losing. Have you asked your surgeons office about this? Barring the aforementioned, try upping your calories. WTF. My day: 1 hi pro cappacino 1/2 c soy milk + 1 svg hi pro cereal L:  1 small ww roll + 1 tsp mayo + 2.5 oz turkey + romaine much later:  1 svg cheetos + 1/4 c greek yogurt 3 stiff rum diet cokes Supper:  baked fish sticks, fries, tartar sauce 2 more rum diet cokes. I'm high

Hi there. I started my morning as I do every morning, with my amazing whey protein shake and fruit phytonutrient awesomeness. I tossed in extra unfavored whey protein (also standard at breakfast) bringing the protein to 41 grams. Went to the gym. Went to work at our retail store, and at noon did a shake demo for some ladies at an insurance office so I had a whey protein shake again (hallelujah I love the stuff) this time vanilla with green vegetable phytonutient powder (I call it a Shamrock shake). YUM. Each shake is about 280 calories the way I make it, sometimes 300. Dinner was a rush because we had to go shopping but I'd had all my fruits/veggies for the day so no biggie. I had one slice of multigrain bread toasted with shredded chicken on it, and a bowl of fresh cherries later.  For Janina - I'd say you may check out how much protein you're getting, and be sure to drink 100 oz of water. If the granola bar has high fructose corn syrup, that's a danger Also - maybe try digestive ezymes and increase your fiber. I don't really count calories, but I do watch my scale. Mom Shap
