DID yOu know?====big breakfast verses low carb

I wouldn't call 1,240 calories big at all.  Thanks for the info but I'll stick to my low-carb. I can eat more than half that many calories for breakfast alone and still be hungry by lunch.

Hi Candy! I read this too.  If I ate thatmuch for breakfast, i ahve to be pretty much done eating for the rest of the day! I only need about 300 more cals for the day at that rate. ha!
