1 whole egg scrambled w 1 egg white hamburger patty 1/2 tomato w/1 hardboiled egg w/basil, oregano and olive oil 2 slices of roast beast w/1 slice of provolone I made sausage, peppers and onions w/basil, oregano and garlic for dinner...  didn't eat it yet...    Exercise:  did 30 minutes on the eliptical, then 30 hard minutes on the treadmill (interval), then another 30 minutes on the eliptical..   ditched weight training today.

Good evening everyone. Hope you all had a good day. Didn't make it yesterday as home so very late. But food for today: 1 large apple 1 large orange 1/2 cup milk buds ( wrong, wrong, wrong )  3 cups spinach 1/2 skinless chicken breast roasted 1 medium tomato 2 cups 1% milk 1 hunters sausage ( ( needed this like a hole in the head ) excercise:  50 minutes cardio

B: ff sf yogurt (130) L: 6pcs beefstick (1"), 1 wedge lc cheese, 20 mini breton crackers, 3 cherries, 2 strawberries (335 lus the fruit) D: 1 BBQ country beef rib (~5oz), 1/2c cottage cheese, ff sf yogurt (280 plus the meat) S: 1/2c sf cookie dough ice cream, 1/2c peach frozen yogurt (300 cal) S: 1 wedge lc cheese, 13 mini breton crackers (115) About 1160 plus whatever cals in the fruit and meat. Not great but not awful either. Exercise: Swimming.  Official TOPS weigh in tonight...down 4.5 pounds...That's officially 55 pounds overall.

Thank you girls. I love it. I was starting to think maybe I was as far as I was gonna go on my own since nothing has happened in a month then BOOM! Thank the Lord for small miracles. The best part is that my waist has gone down, too. Beth

Pretty good day for me.  Smoke cleared for one day which is good since i was about ready to mentally lose it. whey protein-1 tsp psyllium- 1 c nf milk small protein bar (tiny meal brand) L  went out: 1 large mixed baby green w 2 ounce chicken, feta, dried otmatoes, olives, balsamic dressing, small roll Snack:  1 c mixed blueberries/rasberries with german yogurt (full fat, 1/4 c) 120 minutes swim class (incudes stair walking for ten minutes before teacher got there, 7 full nonstop laps in large pool, water aerobics for the rest of the time) Supper:  3 meatballs, 1 oz roll, 1/2 c cottage cheese, cukes, few potato chips 1/2 **** cream and 1 svg chocolate chex cereal.
