What did you eat today? 06/26
1 whole egg scrambled w 1 egg white hamburger patty 1/2 tomato w/1 hardboiled egg w/basil, oregano and olive oil 2 slices of roast beast w/1 slice of provolone I made sausage, peppers and onions w/basil, oregano and garlic for dinner... didn't eat it yet... Exercise: did 30 minutes on the eliptical, then 30 hard minutes on the treadmill (interval), then another 30 minutes on the eliptical.. ditched weight training today.

B: ff sf yogurt (130) L: 6pcs beefstick (1"), 1 wedge lc cheese, 20 mini breton crackers, 3 cherries, 2 strawberries (335 lus the fruit) D: 1 BBQ country beef rib (~5oz), 1/2c cottage cheese, ff sf yogurt (280 plus the meat) S: 1/2c sf cookie dough ice cream, 1/2c peach frozen yogurt (300 cal) S: 1 wedge lc cheese, 13 mini breton crackers (115) About 1160 plus whatever cals in the fruit and meat. Not great but not awful either. Exercise: Swimming. Official TOPS weigh in tonight...down 4.5 pounds...That's officially 55 pounds overall.
