If tomorrow (Wednesday) is my first day of week 2 do I start with Week 2 wednesday, and go to the next Tuesday, or start on Monday? I'm seriously considering staying on week one until i get the book...not sure i did everything right....

Good evening everyone! I got home today from the lake. Ready to start first thing in the morning. Went shopping today to get lots of yummy chicken, tuna, salads, veggies and such. My book should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday per the email. Can't wait to get it so I can read it thru and know exactly what I'll be doing. Thanks to all that posted examples!! I'll check out the website too!
I'm making a list of foods and recipes tonight so I can see them at a quick glance and know what I can have without having to think too much about it. I plan to weigh myself and even take measurements (something I haven't done in years!!) tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the good advice. I really like the spinach with the egg. It adds a lot more substance. 6 1/2 pounds in less than a week is fantastic!!! The drinking trick is really helping me too. When I get bored with water, I go to green tea....that is okay, right? I am hoping it is. I just had steak with broccoli tonight...I never thought that I would feel SATISFIED with so little food. I think it is the combination of eating so often, drinking and a totally committed mind set. Having everyone here to bounce ideas off of and get support from is truly helping me so much!!!!
Keep up the good work ladies.....Let's see how much we can all lose together by September 1st!!!!!!!!!!!
For those of you will the weight counter on the bottoms of your postings, how do you do that??
Thanks for all the HUGS guys....getting through the wedding was tough, but it's weird how now that i'm not there looking at the food, it wasn't actually that painful not eating everything. I knew i didn't want to spoil 4 days of hard work and have to start over==wasn't worth that!!! That's what i keep telling myself when i get a craving.
Hey everyone! It's Monday! My first day on the program. How did everyone do over the weekend? I tried not to go too crazy with carbs before starting. Today went pretty smoothly. I had a couple moments on the way home from work due to stress I just wanted to bring home a pizza for the family (mostly because I wanted it) but i resisted and came home and ate a large hamburger patty with lettuce dipped in mayo/mustard. YUMMY!! I'm actually still full! At first when I was done eating, my mind was telling me I couldn't possibly be full....I haven't eaten any carbs like bread, pasta or rice!!

I know Jodi, isn't it weird how less hungry you are with the protein! I actually had trouble eating all the meals when I did the first 7 days. Now that I have added a little carb at lunch for my carb up days, it causes a little hunger. It is quickly satisfied with the next protein meal but still I loved the no hunger for the first seven days. I am very nervous about tomorrow with the baseline day and having 2 carbs but yet very excited at the same time.
