What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
Ten pounds??? That sucks! I know that you gain weight with muscle, but you'd also have to eat a bucket of salt, be that time of the month, and been sitting on your bum for months. And Lawd knows you ain't been doing that. And like you said...you don't feel bloated.
Did you drink a couple gallons of water before you got on that scale?

Well, exercise was not my strong point today. None.
I did stay mostly on plan, tho and noticed my scale went down today. That's a HUGE boost for me today since I have been stalled for nearly a month. I am now out of the 320's and into the teens. I'm getting oh so close to twoterville now. I had a day when I seriously thought I would see 400 before I would ever see 200 again. Needless to say, I am elated!
