Went to the gym first and did 15 minutes on the eliptical and an HARD hour on the treadmill. fried up some ground sausage and bacon and added eggs and split that with Jon.. I used a total of 4 eggs in it and of course I gave him the greater portion. Had 2 cups of coffee with whipped cream Making a meatloaf for dinner w/eggs, parmesan and romano, peppers, onions and oregano topped with diced tomato Did about 20 minutes of wading in the little 3.5' pool.. mostly kicking and stretching Ok....  .. ended up tossing the meatloaf.. and not in a pleasant way.... but had 1 rib later on

Yeah! My scale is finally moving again. It's been a good month now. Drives ya crazy! B: 3pcs bacon, 1 bite fried potato, 1 bite sausage, 1 bite scrambled eggs S: ff sf yogurt L: 1c mac and cheese D: 1.5 c shrimp stir fry S: ff sf yogurt Exercise: nothing. I'm thinking I need to get back to my stationary bike. At least it was exercise.

20 minutes asanas, light weights.  Smoke is driving me crazy. No swim class...even smokier out there at the college. Food:  1 egg cream (egg/1 c nf milk/1 tsp psyllium/cinnamon/cocoa pdr/splenda) 1 small protein bar L: 2 ounces turkey + 1/2 c cottage cheese + 1 c red cabbage + 2 tsp dressing + 1 bag sour cream hi pr chips S:  1 small protein bar Supper: taco salad + 1 svg chips
