1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup coffee
16 oz. water
Lunch*
1 peach
6 oz. soy yogurt with cocoa
1 can organic refried beans
1 "corned beef" sandwich with vegan cheese, and Nayonnaise on Health Nut bread
16 oz. water
Dinner
Leftover White Bean Chili
1 cup brown rice with margarine
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup Rice Dream ice cream
*Last week, I bought a loaf of potato bread for my client Penny. I had secretly eaten so many slices of her white bread while cooking her breakfast that I felt I owed her this loaf to make amends. Somehow, that stopped me from wanting to eat her bread any more.
