2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 c cheddar cheese (no milk or half and half). Fried with Pam 1 chicken thigh made in diced tomatoes w/oregano, basil, garlic 2 chopped hardboiled eggs w/ 1/2 chopped tomato and 1.5 servings of oscar meyer shaved turkey dressed with oregano, salad supreme and 1 tablespoon of extra light olive oil Calories come to about 750 not including the creamer in my coffee If I get hungry later, I'll do the same thing with the tomato, egg and turkey (it's tasty and the olive oil kills the hunger). Exercise: 1 hour interval training on the treadmill 30 minutes on the eliptical at a fat burning heart rate 50 minutes or so of weight training another 15 minutes of eliptical to cool down waded in low water (mostly kicking feet and working on the tan)

S:  LS V8 juice... 1 pt.       SF rice pudding with FF whipped cream... 2 pts.       1 cup blueberries... 1 pt. D:  Julienne Salad (tomatoes and lettuce) with       2 oz. turkey... 2 pts.       2 oz. ham... 2 pts.       1 oz. salami... 2 pts.       2 oz. cheese... 5 pts.       LF dressing...2 pts.       black olives... 1 pt. Total: 26/29 allowable points Calories: 1216 (from Daily Plate) 3 more points to go today....may have another rice pudding later, but trying not to eat after 8PM

B: none L: 2c grilled chicken chef salad w/ 2tbsp honey mustard dressing, 1c mixed melon, 1/2c cottage cheese D: 2c salad w/ 8pcs pepperoni, 1/4c cheddar, 3tsp gargazola, 2tsp parmesan, 3tsp real bacon bits, 3tsp balsamic vinagrette; 1 ff sf yogurt S: 2- 3" iced sugar cookies, 2 fig newtons Exercise: walked home from Bible study about 3/4 mile

B: Yogurt with Granola from Starbucks (320cal) L: Turkey Club with Avocado (400 cal) D: Filet of Sole w/veggies (400 cal) I'm not eating enough.  My weight loss is going no where fast!

Janina... I know the last thing you're thinking about lately is taking care of yourself... but please try, honey...  not eating enough isn't doing you any good..but you already know this.. God be with you!!!!

Hello everyone. Thank you for making me feel welcome. Today was a terrible food day but as I promised myself to be accountable, accountable I will be.   The first thing was that I have done no excercising at all today. Normally I am up at the gym four times a week for 45 minutes cardio...... and now that it is nice I walk for an hour at least two times a week. Sloth today. Breakfast:  1 cup 1% milk in coffee Lunch:  6 ( count em ) fudgicles at 80 cals each.  ( I pledge abstitence from any further ice cream treat as go out of control --- always.) 1/2 subway with turkey, cheese, greens, mayo and mustard 1 small farmers sausage tea with milk and two tsp sugars 1 strudel 1 cluster of grapes sprouts Yikes. Dreadful.  But as of this time ( am on the west coast... and it is nearly 6pm.... no more food will enter my mouth. ) Glad y'all are doing so well.

Hi Lor! My day, much better on eating regularly.  Before work: 30 minutes asanas Smoke is killing my outdoors workout. I seriously may have to join a gym this week if things do not look up. Air quality is at very unhealthy leveles for day 2. 1 whey protein/nf milk/1 tsp psyllium 1 ostrich stick (80 cals - yum, too) L:  1 wasabi hi pro pretzels + 1/2 c cottage cheese S:  small protein bar Just now:  few nuts, 1 small meatball cold Supper:  Baked fries, grilled pork, coleslaw EDIT:  ate some grilled fennel too - yummers. Plus a 1/2 c baked beans. Gonna do some ball crunches tonight. - EDIT - nope.

Neec... I can't think of anything I'd love to hear more than you joined a gym where you can actually BREATHE!!!! Those fires are freakin' nasty... I wouldn't trust that air quality for a long time to come........   for heaven's sake.... be careful!!!!

B:  oatmeal with banana and blueberries L:  large spinach salad with sliced almonds, orange peppers, broccoli, and a pear. S:  beef jerky D:  salad with broccoli, black beans, cilantro, and lime, and one serving tofurky 1100-1200 calories.
