A rose Flower by any other name is still a rose.  That was the whole point I was trying to make.  A program is still a diet no matter what ya call it.  And on a diet, something HAS to be sacrificed, so there is no easy way out.   I love #4.  Native diet.  I'm Cajun and the 'native diet' is what got me fat in the first place!  Damn poboys and fried shrimp.  Giving them up?   Blowing Nose Now that's some serious deprivation, but I couldn't find one program that would let you eat a WHOLE poboy. I Dunno Imagine that?
