L: potato bun, laughing cow, spinach w/ spritzer sandwich and cherries
D: large amount of spinach, beans, quorn, slice of avocado, and yogurt
S: cherries...omg I'm addicted to these things right now
EDIT: UGHH, camping goodies in the house is killing me. Thank God they are almost gone..
S: one large oatmeal raisin cookie, nacho cheese with Stacy's baked pita chips.
Does the baked pita chips count for anything????? argghh!
B: 4 pcs bacon
S: peach
L: 2c cantaloupe, 2 fresco crunchy tacos
D: 2 pcs tombstone pizza w/ extra cheese and sausage
S: protein bar
S: nestle drumstick
S: "A Mess"...smoked sausage, onions and peppers baked in hot sauce, green chiles and sweet and sour sauce. It's yummy. I ate about 1/2c

There are over 100 wildfires around here...now an outside exercise warning. Arrgh. I got in 30 minutes of swimming when the coach came and yanked us out.

L: 2-3 ounces roasted turkey, 1/2 oz swiss, 1/2 c cantalope
Snack: whole milk German yogurt, 1/2 c + 1 c blueberries
Supper: 2 c pasta salad, heavy on grilled chicken. Fresh basil, italian parsely, radishes, bell pepper, 2 small slices whole grain bread

I'm losin' it folks! No WONDER why I'm gaining so rapidly.
Now this is just a thought, but I can't help but saying it. I know you've eaten so lightly in the past, and now it's going up in calories a bit. Even though it's not the "normal" amount of calories one should have, it's definitely more than what you usually eat. Sort of reminds me of when I was on medifast. If your wanting more food now (or your body is needing it), maybe you should try to limit it to ONE extra item a day than you normally would have eaten two months ago. Look in your past journals and see what it was that you were eating. Do this for a week , then add another (total of two) on your second week. Do this until you figure out where you should be. Man it's hard, I remember. You've put yourself at such a low calorie intake that this is going to take some time. I'm rooting for you!
This is just a thought, I know this is driving you batty. This is how they do it at Medifast, to start increasing foods. And with your low calorie intake, this might just work for you.
I wish I knew why I was eating so much... I just can't do this anymore.
Congratulate me... I'm now up to 220! Before ya know it.. I'll be at 325 again!
I don't even wanna go work out this morning. I work my ASS off, and I gain? I don't mean a pound or two of muscle either... hello..... 17 lbs in a week and a half? Yea.. my fat cells are having a FIELD day with me. Ah.. screw it. My bloodsugar is up to 140 too... HOW? I have no clue...

Oh Lori....time to get yourself to the doctor....something IS going on and you need to have it checked out. Were you able to get another appt?
