What did you eat today? 6/22
B: 6pcs bacon
L: 2 meatballs in marinara, 1/4c sloppy joes, 5 brussel sprouts in butter, 2 dill pickle spears, 3/4c mixed melon and pineapple, 1 small slice pumpkin roll, 3/4c dirt dessert, 1 diet coke (pot luck at church)
D: 2 BBQ brats, 1/2 BBQ pork steak, 1/2 c potato salad, 5 potato chips, 2 dr peppers (gd's bday)
S: 1 peach, 2"x2" pc red velvet cake with cr. ch. icing (My dd's bff made it for us as to tell us she loved us. She's 13 and has a highly abusive past. She's an awesome girl.)

Breakfast: whey pdr/blueberry pom juice/1 tsp psyllium
snack: 1/2 ounce nuts on my 3.5 hour bike ride!
Lunch: 1 meatloaf sandwich on ezeke bread with lettuce
Snack: tested 2 meatballs, 1 slice bread
Supper: working on meatballs and red gravy from scratch!
EDIT: ate 1 c pasta + 3 large meatballs + 1 slice whole grain bread/butter
then 1 sliver of pie w 1 svg ice cream
B: Skipped (Slept late today :) L: 6 inch Subway club w/ veggies, lt mayo and pepperjack cheese Snack: 2 WW Turtles D: 4 oz of whole grain pasta w/ tomatoes, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup spinach, side salad with spritzer dressing Dessert: Smart ones choc cake w/ light whipped cream (still have a few points left so I'll probably have popcorn later)

Thank you for the suggestions.......... live in a VERY small town and unfortunately the one grocery store does not carry the spray butter. I didn't know that it existed but that is such a good idea. Food yesterday: ( home too late to post ) 1..5 cups of 1% milk 1 large apple 1 skinless chicken breast - large 1 cup broccoli 1 small roasted potato 2 small bunches of red grapes 2 cups of bran buds with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar.
