What did you eat today? 6/21
B: 2 fried eggs, 2 pcs toast, 3 pcs bacon, 3/4c hashbrowns, 1/4c fried pickles, 1 nectarine, 1c coffee
L: none
D: 4 BBQ spare ribs, 1 BBQ mushroom and swiss bratwurst, 1 slice grilled pineapple, 1c mixed melon, 1 ear corn on the cob, 3 glasses crystal light
S: 1/2 fried fish sandwich w/ tartar sauce, 1c cheese fries, 1/2 lite beer, 1/2 funnel cake w/powdered sugar. (Went to a carnival and shared food with dh and sil.)
S: 1 plum, 1 filet o' fish (McD's)
We rode the motorcycle about 1.5 hrs north of here with my bro and his best friend and then went to a carnival. So we ate some there and on the way home, we stopped to warm up and ate some more. Oh well, such is life.
Exercise: Walked a LITTLE at the carnival, climbing on and off the bike (ugh).
My bro's best friend is the park ranger for Rock Springs Center in Decatur, IL. Anyway, I was asking him about hiking trails. He was like, "We have tons. We are a 1400 acre park." They have hiking trails, bike trails, fishing. I think I may be making another visit up there with the girls. Nice to have somewhere new to go and it's only 1.5 hours from home so gas won't cost a fortune either.

This morning I made 3 scrambled eggs with ground sausage in it and had a small portion of that.. maybe like 1 egg's worth.
1 leftover chicken thigh from last night
romaine salad w/1 serving of shaved ham, crumbled feta cheese and bleu cheese dressing
hamburger patty with a scrambled egg
About 6 cups of coffee.. 3 of them with whipped cream in it
sugar free jello w/sugar free whipped cream
Yea.. I know.. I'm eating like a horse

D: 1/2 cup chicken/broccoli
1/2 cup fried rice
2 chicken nuggets
S: 1 cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream
I'm depressed today - first weekend without going to one of his softball games. I didn't know what to do with myself except eat.

Not a good day!
B: Autumn Wheat cereal with FF milk, blueberries
S: leftover cabbage salad
cool whip mixed with hot fudge sauce (wanted something sweet and nothing in house)
L: turkey and LF swiss on WW bread
D: graduation party....chicken breast, 2 Tbsp pasta and sauce with meatball, scoop macaroni salad, taste jello salad, assorted veggies, 2 pickles, handful of peanuts, several wrapped caramels, fresh fruit, piece graduation cake
My Solstice day:
Spent with DH who is finally home after being gone for two weeks! Weird summer storm most of the day - thunder, lightening, hail, rain! We got out of the house and walked around an energy fair, then a short bike ride for me later in the day. Also did about 10 minutes of weights
B: 1 egg + 1 lean pork chop + 1 slice ezeke bread w/butter + 1 c nf milk + 1 c cantalope + assload of coffee
L: 1 grilled chicken breast
snack: apple peels, slices while making a pie for DH
2 stiff vodka + diet tonics
Supper: 2 c gumbo (shrimp, okra, brown rice, sausage, celery, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper thick stew) + 1/2 c red beans + 2 beers
of course, later on: 1 reasonable slice of crumble top apple pie with 1/4 **** cream on it.
