B: Yogurt (320) L: Turkey Club w/Avocado (400) S: A lotta Fruit (300 cal?) D: Short ribs w/pasta (500cal) Total 1520 Yay me!

B:  Wheat Nut cereal with strawberries and blueberries, FF milk S:  LS V8 juice       FF yogurt L:  1% cottage cheese       watermelon       cherries S:  SF rice pudding (new from Jello...70 calories, delish!!)       2 fig newtons       handful of almonds D:  chicken salad       1 ear corn       beets and greens S:  probably have another rice pudding later

B: none L: 1/2 grilled chicken ceasar salad (about 3oz chicken, real ceasar dressing), 1pc garlic bread D: 1 fresco hard taco, 1 beef baja chalupa, 1 mango strawberry fruitista (810 cal) S: 1 nectarine, 1 ff sf yogurt, 2tsp kashi Seems excessive to me but my daughter is trying to tell me it's not. She says I probably have less than 1800 cal. My problem is that 810 cal for lunch is a HUGE no-no for me. Exercise: walked 2 blocks, grocery shopping including the bagging
