Ok..the big screw up!

((((Lori)))) You have been through so much these past few weeks.  You have given and given of yourself in a difficult situation.  Everything over the past few months had broken your routine.  You fought to keep from gaining in a very stressful time. Please hang in there.  You are such an inspiration to me and to all of us. If the weight doesn't settle while you are eating protein and easing back into the gym, then maybe your doctor needs to check your thyroid levels, cortisol levels, vitamin D levels, and magnesium levels.  Gardening sounds like such a wonderful and productive diversion too.  You have to be getting some exercise with that too! I wish we lived closer to one another so we could talk in person and encourage one another.      Can a trainer help you with food and exercise?  Did you cut your calories back too low? You have worked so hard for so long.  I know you can get back on track.  I know you will find what needs to be done to help your metabolism work with you again. I have been off track lately, too.  The stress with both boys in puberty at the same time has been rough.  They try to dominate each another and me.   But just seeing that you are struggling with similar things in life encourages me because I know you will get back on track.  And if you can do it, so can we.  I know you will make it.  We are all praying for you.
