Progress Pic

I'm actually where I can post a progress pic (close up - not ready for full body view yet) to my profile. I still have a long ways to go but I can tell what losing 22 lbs did for my face. I'm (almost) down two pant sizes so that's good too. Good luck to everyone else as they continue on the journey!

You are beautiful!!! I love watching people lose weight to see how much younger they look and how different they look...Keep up the good work!!

You are a pretty girl at any size! But yeah, your face is changing big time. I bet you feel excited.  I read your profile. It made me remember the relief when my PCP said he did not thin I should do WLS...yes, the disappointment hit me, i cried for three days...but it scared me deeply to think of having it done! You can do this. You look so young, so living good habits is entriely worth learning and keeping up no matter if you decide on WLS down the road or not!
