*My best friend Kevin got me an edible arrangement with chocolate covered strawberries, to cheer me up over my break up. He's a good egg.
It's nice to have friends like that.... I'm sure that must have made you feel special! Last gift I got was a .38 Taurus Stainless revolver for mother's day like about 6 or 7 years ago... lol

tonight I was making steak w/jumbo shrimp and mussels scampi..... don't know if I'll eat it or not... hopefully I'll just knock myself out so I don't eat anything else

Walked out of eye doctor's office (he was taking way too long for my limited patience)
Ut nevvamind... I ate a steak and a few shrimps and mussels...... huh.... nope... no resolve anymore

S: 1 nestle drumstick cone, 10 nachos and cheese
D: 2 grilled chicken wraps from DQ. Tore off about 3/4 of the tortilla from each one. (370 cal)

Started TOM so that explains my hunger for the last week and hopefully means some weight loss by the end of this week.
TOPS meeting tonight. Scale went down 1/2 pound.

FF Rasp Yoplait yogurt, 1/2 C granola, Bannana, Lg Chicken Breast, couple of handfulls of Lays baked BBQ potatoe chips, Grilled Chicken salad with homemade Italian dressing..... and way to much Diet Coke! ;0) I saw on here where someone had a calculator and you just had to select the foods you ate and it calculated everything for you. Alsol.... how do you add things to your profile like the weight tickers?

Today: 1 cappacino drink hi pro L: 1 hi pro drink snack: 2 slices ezeke bread + 2 tsp pb 1.5 hours swimming, walking steps Supper: 2 ounces cube steak with kale, mushrooms, 1/4 c alfredo sauce. 3 ounces sloppy joe, 1.5 slices ezeke bread snack just now: 2 ounce whole grain muffin + 1 c nf milk burp...ate too little early in the day though did not percieve hunger. busy work day!
