Oh.. I went off the deep end again just being an a**hole about it...
2 stea**** and 2 eggs w/cheddar about 460 calories
2 stea**** w/1 egg and cheddar about 340 cal
sausage and peppers (1 sausage link) have no clue how many calories
did that again just for the fun of it
2 small chicken thighs roasted in peppers, tomatoes, oregano & garlic about 400 cal I gues
Hopefully I'll keep myself occupied for the rest of the night somehow.. BORED BORED BORED BORED BORED BORED FRUSTRATED BORED
Gym: 1 hour of interval training on the treadmill... limped out of there and went to the nursery looking for decent perennials... NOT... they all looked DEAD
Planted some green bean and sunflower seeds... did some weeding..
washing all throw rugs after shaking them out (is that exercise)... still playing catch up around here...

L: huge salad with romaine, tuna, cauliflower with spray dressing

S: cherries and blueberries
D: rotissierie chicken
4 bean salad
cole slaw
B: none, got up late
L: philly steak and cheese (no bun), 3/4 of my french fries with a side of cheddar cheese
S: snapple apple white tea 120 cal
D: 6oz cheeseburger w/ 1 slice proc american, 1 slice proc swiss, 1 tbsp parmesan, 3 long pickle slices, 15 pringles
Exercise: OMG I am sooooo tired. Weedeated some more (still not done), mowed grass (rider), picked weeds out of my sidewalk (still not done), watered some plants and trees, cleaned and rearranged the front porch, picked up the yard and organized, moved yard furniture (picnic table, swings, etc), pruned some trees and bushes, piled brush...sucks that I am still NOT done out there. UGH!
