What about your snacks there kitty cat?
Today..so far I've had 2 stea**** with 2 scrambled eggs
Tonight I'll have 2 roasted chicken thighs in garlic, olive oil and oregano
I did an hour of cardio then an hour of weights today.... I was going to do another 1/2 hour of cardio afterwards, but I don't want to overdo it. It's been a long time since I had a good work out.. felt good.
Edited to add a BUNCH more food.. and now I'm so stuffed that all I can think about is
Ok.. so I had another ste *** w/another egg w/cheddar cheese on it
a hot dog with mustard (no bun of course)
That cheesecake thingie made with that sugar free/fat free jello instant pudding, half and half and cream cheese and that was the ICING on the cake
B: 1 apricot, 1 sausage patty, 1pc white bread
L: 1 med poached chicken breast w/ 1tbsp BBQ sauce
S: 1 slim jim, 1 sm DQ choc cone
D: 2c spahetti, 1/2c spaghetti sauce (no meat), 1tbsp grated parmesan (daughters made supper so carb overload)
S: nestle' choc chip ice crean sandwich
Exercise: Weed eated 1/2 the yard til the eater needed recharged, hoed the whole garden and pulled weeds, swam for 1 hr doing exercises in the pool the whole time.

Breakfast: A couple graham crackers and about an ounce of fresh crab meat
Lunch: 1/4 sandwich with p-butter (BIG no no but HAD to eat it!) and a bag of "smart pop" popcorn- with half my water for the day.
I'm going to eat a Lean Cuisine dinner and maybe more popcorn as a snack :)
This is only day 2 back on the program so I'm going to rely on the boxed meals for a bit.

My day:
woke up too late to exercise at all this morning - real late, not even one ball crunch.
1 small protein bar
next time I ate was lunch: 1 hi pro soup + 1 ezeke bread + 2 tsp pb
Next time I ate was here at home: 1.5 svg flax chips + 1/4 c greek yogurt, little salsa
Starving! But waiting patiently for the bbq to get right, so I can roast brussel sprouts in olive oil, then a marinated pork loin - very lean!
EDIT: took a 50 minute wog after supper, about 7:30 pm!
Plus, about your ? about snacks...hard to answer. I found that my bariatric doc was right about eating lean protein snacks (he plays the word game of calling them mini-meals, or sneals) between small meals.
It did make the scale move for me, but now, i am rather stuck at 180, close to goal, not losing any weight to speak of for about 7 months. I will aslo say that i perceive that doing so has helped me not feel so starving until meal times. When I get hungry...freakin hide the small kids, I'm about to chow on 'em.
So, I think it is worth a try. Until it doesn't work any longer. I think for me, it is time to dial back on the calories and still do the sneals. wtf.
