June 15th... I ate a bunch.. what did YOU eat?
went out for brunch...
Ham & cheese omlet... side of sausage (2 patties)
Lunch: 5 chicken wings
snack: 1 cube of provolone
Dinner: 3 oz or so of roasted chicken and about 5 slices of zuchinni done in olive oil/butter/oregano/parsley and garlic
Tomorrow I'm getting back to the gym.......... I'm trying to get up the guts to go. Well.. I have the guts but I'm just feeling soooooooooooooooooooo tired.. more tired than ever. If I could sleep 24/7, I'd be doing it. I dragged my sorry a** out to Wallyworld for groceries.. then hit Old Navy for a couple of shirts to work out in.
My garden is overgrown *sigh*.. I'm gonna come home from the gym, strip down to a bikini bottom and tank top and work on my tan while cleaning it out tomorrow (I won't scare the neighbors... the property is completely private).. lol
