June 15th... I ate a bunch.. what did YOU eat?

went out for brunch...

Ham & cheese omlet... side of sausage (2 patties)

Lunch:  5 chicken wings

snack: 1 cube of provolone

Dinner:  3 oz or so of roasted chicken and about 5 slices of zuchinni done in olive oil/butter/oregano/parsley and garlic

 

Tomorrow I'm getting back to the gym..........  I'm trying to get up the guts to go.  Well.. I have the guts but I'm just feeling soooooooooooooooooooo tired.. more tired than ever.  If I could sleep 24/7, I'd be doing it.  I dragged my sorry a** out to Wallyworld for groceries.. then hit Old Navy for a couple of shirts to work out in.

My garden is overgrown *sigh*..  I'm gonna come home from the gym, strip down to a bikini bottom and tank top and work on my tan while cleaning it out tomorrow (I won't scare the neighbors... the property is completely private).. lol

Well... I'm in the middle of breaking up with my boyfriend so my menu was like this: B: Skipped (Slept through it) L: 2 Chicken Chalupas and 1 fruit smoothie thing they sell at Taco Bell D: 1/2 hamburger that I threw up S: Ice cream.  I'm going to go cry some more.  ******g boys...  No offense, Kris.

HAHA...I was rather glam in my old swim suit and big floppy hat in my garden today too! I did about 2-3 hours total, so got a lot done out there. Did work in the morning then again just a while ago. My day: NOT the bike ride I had in mind, but i helped take care of business for my DD.  Had to get a car part, run back, get the core charge back, yadda yadda. Ended up taking her out to the lake cuz it was smoky up here anyway (big fire south of here not quite out just yet), so I s'pose not the best day to be outside exerting like I wanted to.  The lake was gorgeous, but her baby (my youngest GS) got the runs and peee-you, that poor kid must be sick that's how bad it smelled. To make matters worse, he was wearing a swim diaper, and there was no way we could clean him up with diaper wipes. Luckily, there were campground showers on site. The kid behind the snack bar out there refused to give us change for a dollar for the shower - it took three quarters, we had two on us. I had to get a lil ugly on him before he finally buckled and gave us the goddam quarters. But he did thank God or it would have been a long ride home with that stinky baby.   Food: 1 c nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium + 1 scopp whey pdr 1 small protein bar over the afternoon, little by little, ate a whole turkey panini with havarti cheese on it, some potato chips Tonight, if need be:  East Indian lentil soup, maybe pb + crackers

Why wouldn't he give you change?  That's just mean knowing you had a baby there you were trying to take care of..... I just helped move Geoff into an apartment where the wash machines and dryers are one door away from his..  and he can actually reach these!  Well, I thought this was great until I realized that quarters run out quickly, and this little laundry room doesn't have a change machine.  So.... I took two 20's, went to the big laundrymat and filled a travel cup with quarters.  I never realized how important it is to have change on hand sometimes!  lol I haven't had any decent cardio in ages.. so I'm looking forward to the gym tomorrow. I am getting a wild mental image of this floppy hat and bathing suit!!  LOL   I woudln't have had the cohonas (sp) to do that in my other house.. too many houses around, but here.. heck.. if it was safe, I'd garden nekkid.

B: 1 kashi granola bar, 2 sausage patties, 2 pcs bread L:nothing D: 1 grilled bratwurst, 1 bbq chicken leg quarter, 1 baked potato w/ 1tbsp butter, 1/2 buttered baked onion, 2 full sugar sodas (about 32 oz) S: rocky road pudding (sf choc fudge pudding, mini marshmallows, pecans) about 1/2c Exercise: picking up yard after gk's left juice boxes and soda cans all over, raking the garden
