today! just chasing  3 little guys all day, mainly, and cleaning house. At the park at 7:30 a.m., playing soccer, running around trails. 3 pieces sourdough toast with butter that those guys would not eat (hurt loose teeth!) for breakfast plus a 8 ounce glass of nf milk late morning: 1 small protein bar 75% veggies, dip,  25% ham, cheese at a party in the afternoon.   shopping, came home, cleaned house for like 2 hours:  vaccuuming all rooms, tubs, showers, sweeping, scrubbing stove, floors. drank three stiff gin/diet tonics while working. Supper:  4 ounces grill chicken bits, 1.5 svg pasta, .5 c alfredo, 2 c fresh spinach.

WOW! What a day! B: 20 wheat thins, 2 wedges LC cheese S: one bite slim jim L: none D: taco salad fajitas (2c chicken, cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers) in small taco salad shell and 1/2 basket tortilla chips w/ salsa S: Kashi granola bar Exercise: Walking around whenever we got off the motorcycle Hubby and I went on a MAJOR motorcylce ride today. 100 miles one way with a lot of backroads in between so trip south was probably way more than the 100 we went coming back north. It was really fun but let me tell you my groins muscles are SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does this count for exercise? lol I told my hubby, "I just want to close my legs!" lmao My butt muscles are also very, very sore. Feels like I have done 1000 squats or something. Still was nice spending the day with my honey.

ahhhhhhhhhh a good ride on a bike.. worth the pain! I laid around ALL day.. I mean ALL day.  I didn't fall asleep until like 5:00 or 5:30, then got up around 8:00am after being up for 24 hours and that 20 hour drive.  I was seriously dizzy.. actually dizzy. I ate all day.  I don't know why and it wasn't out of hunger.. but I accept this, will try to get back to sleep, and hopefully spend a couple hours in the gym tomorrow (haven't been there in almost 3 months). breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 minute steaks (stea****) Lunch. 1 egg/1 ste *** snack 1 egg/1 ste *** dinner scallops/shrimp/mussels done in diced tomatoes, olive oil, butter, parsley, oregano and of course GARLIC snack later on 1 egg and a ste *** (it was a ste *** kinda day).
