Breakfast
1 large orange
1 cup Puffed Millet cereal
1 cup plain soy milk
2 cups coffee
16 oz. water
Lunch
1 pb&j sandwich on multi-grain bread
1 vegan hot dog on sprouted wheat bun with mustard
9 prunes
16 oz. water
1 can Lentil Vegetable soup
1 small soy yogurt with cherries
Dinner
Spicy Meat Dish (vegan)
1 baked sweet potato with vegan margarine
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
Grapes
1-1/2 cups plain soy milk
Evening Snack
2 Tofutti Cuties (vegan dessert)
*My car died today, so my husband had to have somebody take him to Tower City, where he caught the Rapid home. His car is fixed, but in the shop, and I had the key to it, but couldn't get it to him at work, because my transmission went out. Fortunately, I stopped at a car shop to have it checked out, since a strange icon started flashing on my dashboard. I've learned to ignore those things at my peril, since the last time I ignored an oil light, and consequently, my engine blew up on the expressway, while I was driving. It cost well over $2,000.00 to have it replaced.
