Hi everyone!!!! Sorry I haven't been on for a while....Life's been crazy, more about that later.
Breakfast: Coffee, 1/2 c. special K, 1/4 c. skim milk, 1/3 c. strawberries.
Lunch: 1/2 c. skim milk, 3 blue chips, 1/3 c. salsa.
Supper: 1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1/2 c. stir fry veggies.
Snack: 1 small peach
Snack: 1 fat free, sugar free fudgesicle

L: 3 lettuce wraps with turkey, turkey pepperoni... 5 pts

Total: 34 points (used some flex ones tonight!)
Do I have to tell? I don't wanna. Worst day I think I have had. Not one but TWO buffets!

L: Lots of protein...meatloaf, sirloin tips, baked chicken, shrimp (popcorn kind w/ no breading), green beans, 2"x2" chocolate cake...ate half plus the icing off all of it.
D: Lots of protein...4 kinds of shrimp, 3 kinds of chicken, 1 crab rangoon w/ sweet and sour, 2 stuffed mushrooms, seafood bake and a few other things...too much
S: Drive-in tonight...1/2 c mini marshmallows, 1 wedge LC cheese, 8 wheat thins, 2c buttered popcorn, 20oz Mt. Dew
Exercise: Hoed the garden. Worked up a good sweat.
