I've had a really good week....eaten to my points every day and using 1-2 extra from the flex points. I know it sounds funny, but it seems like a lot more freedom than SB! I was feeling deprived on SB without my oat bran and fruit and I think overdoing on the stuff I was allowed without limit. I DON'T DO WELL WITHOUT LIMITS!! LOL
I'm hoping WW is gonna work for me....have been screwing around with it long enough. Have lost another 2 lbs this week so far, so that is good. How are you doing with all your protein? Email me if you want.

Hi Guise! I am back from a bidness trip from the last two nights. I was a good girl with my food and exercise. I ate moderate amounts of fresh fruit and my usual protein bars and lots of veggies with meals.
I walked both mornings and swam both nights.
today:
1 hi pro cappacino + 1/2 large apple
1 small protein bar + melon
L: chicken enchiladas, no cheese + crema + big side salad with O/V dressing + 1/2 c refried beans
S: 1 raspberry hi pro ice tea
Right before supper, dammit: 1.5 svg tortilla chips & salsa.
Just now: 1 cheeseburger + 6 baked onion rings
