B: 1.5 cups of grapes L: Turkey Sandwich from Starbucks (375 cal) D: Chicken Kebobs

B: 1c scrambled eggs w/ 2oz smoked sausage S: 6 cheese crackers, 6 pecan halves, 20 oz diet pepsi L: Hot ham and cheese (1/2 bun), side salad (no tomato) lf italian dressing (1/2 pkg****d tea w/ sweetener D: cherizo, southwestern veggies, refried beans w/ cheddar cheese, mexican rice, sour cream salsa on tortilla....about 1c mixture Lunch and Dinner were crazy close together. I'm almost tempted to call one a snack except it was too much food to qualify as a snack. Exercise: 1 mile on statinary bike

It's still early (10:30 here) so I haven't eaten much yet.  Think I'll write down a menu of what I want to eat today and see if it happens! :)  Think sometimes that's the best way to do it. B:  weight control oatmeal with blueberries L:  Tons of fresh spinach with tomatoes, black beans, and superfoods juice. D:  large salad....romaine, tomato, broccoli, ww low fat cheese, almonds, boiled eggs, cilantro, and ranch dressing.  mmmm lol, can't wait for dinner now.  I love salads S:  fruit soy smoothie

B:  hot oat bran....1 point       1 c. strawberries... 1 point       LF plain yogurt... 2 points S:  1 cup cherries... 1 point L:  vegetable barley WW soup... 2 points       8 triscuits with hummus... 3 points S:  McDonald's vanilla cone... 3 points D:  eating out tonight before seeing "Wicked"...researched restaurant online and know what I'm ordering.....       large Greek salad with Feta cheese and 6oz grilled chicken breast, pita... 15 points S:  (when I get home)       WW ice cream bar... 2 points Total: 30 points

very small portion of an omlet (less than an egg in it) a piece of celery with cream cheese 2 deviled egg halves tonight I made like a frutte di mare with no angel hair.... just scallops, shrimp, mussels, steamed with zuchinni, green peppers, garlic, oregano and parsley and topped with romano and a mozzarella and asiago melt

I was good kinda. didn't eat enough. b- sugar free pudding l- ham and fat free cheese sandwich on fiber wheat d- 4 bbq little smokes, 1 brown and serve roll, 1 tbl hashrown casserole.
