B: 1c scrambled eggs w/ 2oz smoked sausage
S: 6 cheese crackers, 6 pecan halves, 20 oz diet pepsi
L: Hot ham and cheese (1/2 bun), side salad (no tomato) lf italian dressing (1/2 pkg****d tea w/ sweetener
D: cherizo, southwestern veggies, refried beans w/ cheddar cheese, mexican rice, sour cream salsa on tortilla....about 1c mixture
Lunch and Dinner were crazy close together. I'm almost tempted to call one a snack except it was too much food to qualify as a snack.
Exercise: 1 mile on statinary bike
It's still early (10:30 here) so I haven't eaten much yet. Think I'll write down a menu of what I want to eat today and see if it happens! :) Think sometimes that's the best way to do it.
B: weight control oatmeal with blueberries
L: Tons of fresh spinach with tomatoes, black beans, and superfoods juice.
D: large salad....romaine, tomato, broccoli, ww low fat cheese, almonds, boiled eggs, cilantro, and ranch dressing. mmmm lol, can't wait for dinner now. I love salads
