Breakfast 1 cup "Cheerios" 1 banana 1 cup vanilla soy milk 1 cup coffee 16 oz. water Mid morning snack 2 slices white bread Lunch 1 crunchy peanut butter and sugar-free apricot jam sandwich on multi-grain bread 1 5-lettuce salad with kidney beans, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, cashews, baby carrots with Honey Dijon dressing Vegetarian chili 1-1/2 oz box of raisins Small container soy yogurt with blueberries 16 oz. water Dinner Vegan "sloppy joes" using TVP in place of meat on sprouted whole grain buns 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1 can veggy vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups vanilla soy milk Denise Phares/kitties4 I've been drinking a wheat grass supplement every morning, in place of my vitamins. I noticed today and yesterday I didn't feel as tired as I usually do. DP/k4
