Abstinence - 63rd Day
I just came back from a very nice vacation. I ate out, vegan style, but I doubt if I lost any weight. I'm not going to torture myself by getting on the scale right now. I'll wait until July 1, 2008. I only weigh myself once a month now, since I've stopped going to WW. I couldn't afford the meetings any more, and I was gaining on their Core Program. Breakfast 1 cup oatmeal 1 large orange 1 cup vanilla soy milk 1 cup coffee 16 oz. water 1 Wheat Grass supplement (in place of my vitamin pills) Lunch 1 multi-grain bread sandwich with Tofurky, soy cheese, and Nayonaise 9 prunes 1 Silk brand soy yogurt with peaches 1 medium salad with 5 lettuces, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, chickpeas, fresh mushrooms, and Honey Dijon dressing 16 oz. water Dinner 1/3 of 8 oz. package of tempeh, cooked any way I like 1 cup mashed potatoes with vanilla soy milk & vegan margarine 2 vegan hot dogs with no buns, cooked with tempeh 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1 can vegetarian vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups vanilla soy milk Evening Snack 1 Tofutti Brand Delights non-dairy ice cream sandwich Denise Phares/kitties4
