D: tortilla pizza (pepperoni and mushroom)
S: 1/2**** cream w/ 2tbsp swtnd berries
S: 8oz shake w/ fresh unsweetened strawberries and blueberries
S: 1/2 tortilla pizza w/ 4 pepperoni slices
Exercise: 2hrs swimming for pleasure
Hey Beth, not a stupid question. Sorry, I never seem to put full names on here since I figure I know what I'm eating! :) It's all pretty normal stuff.
The superfood drink is from Odwalla. It's the original one (I think). It has lots of fruits and greens in it, including peach, mango, strawberries, bananas, and green foods...like wheat and barley grass, sprouts, and spirulina. I only drink 8 oz, when I drink it. I really hate juices, but I like what this one has to offer.
Quorn is a meat substitute protein. The one I had tonight came in crumbles, just perfect to make a spaghetti sauce.
Normandy veggies, is just a mixed veggie mix of cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and yellow zuchinni. I mixed it with seasonings. It's what it's called on the package. Guess I could of said mixed veggies! :)
I ended up having a fruit bar for desert, it's called larabar. The apple pie ones are yummy. :) Only has a few ingredients in them, all fruit. Very date (the fruit) heavy though, but pretty filling!
I ate way too much fruit today. It's amazing how much of a fruit eater I am now. When I was growing up you wouldn't ever see me have a piece of fruit. Think I'm going to make it a point to eat lots of veggies tomorrow. Fruit seems to sneak up on me easily lately.
