What did you eat today? 6/8
about 1 cup leftover bok choy quiche + 1 c nf milk
2 hours of house/yardwork
then change of plan: no bike ride, but on the boat at 11:00 am: snorkeling & swimming today with GS and DD and SIL.
Food thru out late morning, til 4:30 pm:
1 bite donut, some mixed nuts
1/3 fry chicken breast (from Walmart, wow good chicken, not as greazy as KFC)
diet pepsi, water
few all bran crackers, spread cheese, 1 black plum
1 whole fry chicken breast about 3:00 pm by now
1 svg pringles
tonight will be leftover steamed veggies in ceasar with extra parmesan maybe leftover steak out of the freezer. Not hungry whatever right now. A pretty high fat day.
Oh wow... ok.. time to get back to being accoutable...
Um... I made Geoff like... 4 eggs in an omlet w/a combo ground sausage and bacon in it and some mozarella, asiago, romano.... and I had a small piece of that w/1 slice of bacon.
Lunch... stopped at a convenience store and grabbed a beef hot dog.
Dinner: GROSS! Went to a buffet .. that completely sucked. Out of everything, the lesser of all evils was the broasted chicken and it was so greassssssssssssssy that I am definitely paying for that today. I ate the insides of two thighs. The salad mix had carrots in it so I didn't have anything else.... just the chicken and water... really sucked. Alrighty then.. $10.95 for that? Na... I'd rather hit a steak house and at least get the service for the money. LOL
Late night: Ya, I hit the fridge here and there through the night and ate the inside of a chicken thigh that was leftover, about 2.5 servings of Oscar Meyer Shaved turkey.
Exercise.. none really.. well.. a lot of walking, cleaning, cooking, laundry, dodging tornados so maybe the nervousness burned some calories.
