I need some help!!

I think that the fun was great.  But I don't want to get discouraged and go back to old habits.  Which I can easily do.  I have to be very strict on myself to stick with the plan.  I do deviate from it frequenly.  But say, one day I eat this:  yogurt, sandwich, pudding, pork, brown rice.  That is with in my calories.

Ok so the next day I eat the exact same thing and throw in say half a snickers bar, can you tell I like those?  Then I gain weight.  Half a bar, that's it.  Not a whole one, but half.  That is like 180 calories.  Granted there is sugar in it, but not enough to gain some weight I wouldn't think.  GRRRRRR!!!!  I am not trying to focus o it though.  I asked for supported.  I grumbled and complained.  Now I want to get back n track and eat m yogurt and pudding and lose some weight this week!!!!

Then get your booty in gear girlie! lmao You can do this. Apparently, you know what you need to do and you will do it. Don't get discouraged by side trips. Just stay focused on the road ahead and you WILL get there.  I don't know on those calories. I just don't know. Like I said I can't even figure out why I gain after something like Saturday's hike. I mean after my last hike about a month ago, I gain almost 6#...mainly water weight but still, why?  Our bodies are weird sometimes and I guess we just have to learn to deal with our bodies quirks and idiosyncrasies. Get back on it, Leah. You know this is in the cards for you and you know how to make it happen so work that magic! Beth

Sounds like you had a good time!  A girl after my own heart --rum and coke...or should I say diet coke. ;)   I tell ya, the heavier I get, the more that stuff doesn't like me though.lol  heartburn!!!!! Sounds like you already know what you got to do.  Just sounds like your coming back from a nice little weekend, time to rethink and prioritize!  I know what you mean though, it's easy to fall off and stay there for a while.  Think we have to realize it's "alright" to have a now and then day of having fun with family, or friends.  We just got to know that we MUST get back on the ball with it immediately!  I'm the same way.  Sounds like you already have a game plan for the week, good for you!
