B: 7 strawberries, 4- 4"pcs bacon
S: 100 cal pack oreos
S: 10 strawberries (We picked some along the way on our trip.)
L: 8oz ff sf yogurt, 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich (wg bread, swiss cheese, thin turkey breast), 5 strawberries
S: 10oz strawberry lemonade (after our hike)...no water available, 2oz colby cheese
D: Whopper Jr., 12 cherries, 12oz V8 fusion, 1 bite veggie burger
Exercise: 3hr hike in the woods on a 90 degree day, up hill and down) with one 80" grade uphill with a skill rating of moderate to difficult. I think I more than made up for some of those days I didn't exercise.

yesterday food:
1 egg cream w/coco pdr/splenda 2 pkts/cinnamon
1/2 protein bar
2 pieces white sauce chicken pizza + 1 pesto breadstick with GS and DD's
steamed veggies: cauli, potatoes, green beans, zuccini, red bell with caesar dressing, 1 beer, 2 hb patties with cheese, bean, olives, sun chips (1 svg), 1 small carrot cupcake.
Um, got a little full, but ate this over an hour period of time, little by little.
1/4 c vanilla ice cream
exercise was minimal - playing with gs and walking all over park all afternoon.
