B: Coffee (Hazelnut Red Eye - from starbucks) L: Turkey/Pepper jack cheese (410cal) S: 2 oz Almonds (340 cal) D: Steak and Veggies (can't be more than 500) Sorry I haven't been online much - I'm swamped at work with very little screw-around time.   Miss you guys!!!

mee too..work sucks today:  no exercise! Unless I get the urge after supper, ain't happenin whey protein pdr + 1 tsp psyllium + 1/2 c oj + 1 ****d tea waaay to long with nothing to eat L:  1 c hi pro soup + 1 ezeke bread + 2 tsp pb 1 svg hi pro cereal, blackberries, strawberries then....about 5 chocolate petite fours, like 1x1 inche, ton of ice tea, 1piece ham + 1 slice salami

After work:  all bran crackers Tonight:  fish tacos, grilled fish, cabbage, on small tortillas

B: none got up late again L: 3oz (est) meatloaf, 1/2c green beans, 4 sm bites mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 bite cole slaw S: 2 sm pcs Tony's pepperoni pizza S: 4 chives and sr crm crackers D: 2 fresco tacos (taco bell 300 cal) S: 1 bite trail mix, 5 cherries, 1 slic strawberry, 1 bite turkey lunch meat,  8 veggie crackers (70 cal)       I was making picnic lunch and dinners for a trip tomorrow. Exercise: Grocery shopping and nothing else
