whey protein...I had no idea
It is naturally occuring sat fat, so don't even b tripping on that! Dairy and meats have that. If it is added artificial trans fat, that is another thing.
I am out of mine, so i can't look right now, but i use Wellements from Costco.
And it would not matter, that type of fat is not harmful in extreme amounts. I aim for about 10-12% of daily cals from sat fat. We need some!
Don't fret over fat. It will help you lose weight. http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/full/80/5/1102 http://www.menshealth.com/cda/article.do?site=MensHealth&cha nnel=health&category=heart.disease&conitem=a03ddd2eaab85110V gnVCM10000013281eac____&page=1 http://www.lowcarbportal.com/archives/2004/11/09/more_satura ted_fat_less_coronary_artery_disease.php http://www.second-opinions.co.uk/taubes.html http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/lowfatdiets.html
