20 minutes asanas before work
1 bowl heart to heart w/milk
1.75 svg wasabi hi pro pretzels
L: 1 c pea soup hi pro + 1/2 c tortellini salad
odwalla hi pro bar eventually over the afternoon
kind of snapped when I came home. Was way too hungry and allowed myself to eat 1 pb sand (1 slice bread), all bran crackers, salsa, 1.5 c nf milk. BUUURP.
Supper: dunno yet, probably leftover baked chicken and will eat some veggies with it whatever it is.

B: Egg Beater omelet with spinach and feta
2 slices turkey bacon
S: SF jello with FF whipped cream
L: lettuce wraps with LF turkey and LF swiss
LS V8 juice
S: 15 almonds
17 slices turkey pepperoni
D: Olive Garden- braised short ribs with veggies, 2 bowls salad
S: SFjello/FF yogurt dessert
Not sure of calories in dinner so unable to calculate
Exercise: mowed the lawn
B: nothing...got up late. Hubby gets home at 230 am and I usually don't fall asleep until he gets here so I wake up very late like 10-11 am. I hate it.
L: 1/2 chicken ceasar salad, 4 fried mushrooms, 2 french fries, 1 small bite garlic bread

Exercise: Walked one mile
TOPS was tonight. Weigh in said I lost 2.25 pounds since last week. Putting me at 322 or 51 pounds total loss so far.
Neecee, I earned a charm for my losses and I chose a butterfly. You were right. I am definitely changing and not just body wise. My confidence is through the roof!
