What a difference getting dressed and eating makes!
Just out of pure curiosity today, I weighed myself first thing in the morningwith nothing more than my t-shirt on...319.5. Well, after getting dressed and eating lunch (no breakfast, got up too late), I weighed myself again...323.5. FOUR POUNDS!!
A mere 4 pounds worth of food, water and clothing separate me from breaking 320. That's crazy!! Weird what a difference little things can make in our daily weight and thus the reason for weighing weekly or monthly vs daily and trying to wear the same type of clothing and shoes each time you weigh.

I get on that scale every morning naked (right after I've pee'd). Doing it after breakfast and a couple cups of coffee and getting dressed is way too depressing! LOL
I try to weigh the same time of day and at least weeks apart to get a real picture. Oh yeah, us vets know that morning is the lightest time of day - we are likely a bit dehydrated from not having food or drink for 6+ hours.
My body can change 2-4# all day long. From one day to the next can be dramatic. Bugs, dudette!
I try to get to a range of 5#, then if it starts reading up over that range, I get on it.
LOL... I would NEVER get on a scale before I pee'd... much less after I'd gotten DRESSED :)
I think I learned that though, from having to order all our clothing from out of state :) You can look at the bottom of the info on each item of clothing and it'll say "2 lb" or whatever it weighs.... I aint takin NO ONES extra poundage to my scale LOL
Yup... I go potty- strip to my birth day suit and only THEN to I step on that thing!
CONGRATS on getting under 320 mark! You're doing GREAT!!!!
