Not bad...samo samo, too busy at work. Not enuf fruits today 20 minutes asanas before work whey protein + 1/2 c oj + 1 tsp psyllium + water L: 2 tsp pb on ezeke bread + 1 hi pro drink EDIT: forgot 1/2 tortellini salad at lunch 1 small protein bar 1 ounce peanuts 1 hour wog in big hills Supper: 1 large pork cutlet, baked in panko crumbs + 1.5 c broccoli + 1/2 c home made mac/cheese + 2 small slices amish bread
