What did you eat today?

S: (middle of the night) 1 srv pistachios B: 1/2 Mountain City skillet (scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, green pepper, onions, 3oz steak, cheese sauce) I ate about 1c of it and 1pc texas toast w/ very little butter and 1/2tsp strawberry jelly L: Leftover breakfast (same amount except there was no steak on it and no jelly), 1c watermelon S: about 20 guacamole pringles and 1 dreamsicle D: srv canned chili w/ 1/8c mozarella, 8oz ff sf yogurt S: 1 med apple Exercise: none so far. I have been sooooo tired. I didn't get to bed until 6:30 am. Hubby's van broke down at work 45 min away so had to go get him im the wee hours of the morning then we stopped for breakfast on the way home at like 430am. Just a loooong slow day for me

Not bad...samo samo, too busy at work. Not enuf fruits today 20 minutes asanas before  work whey protein + 1/2 c oj + 1 tsp psyllium + water L:  2 tsp pb on ezeke bread + 1 hi pro drink EDIT:  forgot 1/2 tortellini salad at lunch 1 small protein bar 1 ounce peanuts 1 hour wog in big hills Supper: 1 large pork cutlet, baked in panko crumbs + 1.5 c broccoli + 1/2 c home made mac/cheese + 2 small slices amish bread
