B: Granola bar (90 cal) L: Angus burger from McD's (720 cal) 10 Chicken Nuggets (510 cal) S: Piece of Cheese cake (someone's birthday) (340 cal) D: 3 oz ground lamb (100 cal) Grilled veggies (probably 100 from olive oil)
My lunch was huge - I ate like a hog. I don't know why. I'm PMSing (I'm due on the 9th) so maybe that's why.

Since I got back in my car for the rest of the weight loss journey, I want to try and write my menu down again. :-)
yesterday was:
B: skim milk with porridge, cinnamon and raisins
s:pear
l: one multi grain sandwich with red meat on it and some potatoe salad
d: 2 meatballs made of lean minced meat , witloof chicory with light cheese sauce and boiled potatoes
dessert: skim fruit yoghurt
A very good day! Now it is already wednesday here and I am off to my second very good day, hoping to incorporate exercise today :-)
