B: Granola bar (90 cal) L: Angus burger from McD's (720 cal)     10 Chicken Nuggets (510 cal) S: Piece of Cheese cake (someone's birthday) (340 cal) D: 3 oz ground lamb (100 cal)     Grilled veggies (probably 100 from olive oil)

My lunch was huge - I ate like a hog.  I don't know why.  I'm PMSing (I'm due on the 9th) so maybe that's why.

I was gonna say, "Wow, Janina ate today." I don't feel so bad about what I ate this weekend now cuz I know I'm not the only one to pig out from time to time. Thank you. lol Tasted soooo good tho, didn't it? rflmao B: none L: 1 small chicken breast, 1/2c onion, gr pepper, mushroom mix....all steamed S: 8oz ff sf yogurt D: 2pcs cajun turkey, 2pcs brick cheese, 1med apple S: 1dreamsicle, 1/2c twisted cactus sherbet, 3 drinks slushie, 1 bite candy bar Exercise: I went for a 1 mile (20 min) walk at 12:30 tonight. Nice cool breeze. I couldn't resist after all the humidity we have had during the day time here.

Geez neen, bet your pouch was barking after that lunch! ha ha. but you did cool it the rest of the day. Overall, not a bad day for the Neener. Dude, i am pmsing too, but this time, more homicidal than being a fridge pig. I feel mean. My day: woke up groggy...no sleep til 1 am, then died and could not get outa bed. Missed my walk before work. Did an hour after work though! B:  1 egg cream s: 1/2 odwalla bar super protein, eventually ate it over the course of a couple hours L: 1/3 pretty biggo calzone + 1 dressed ceasar salad.  Gave away 1/3rd s:  about 1/3 more of the calzone D:  will be 1 eggless quiches with buttload of baby bok choy, enoki, onions, cheese rasberries after supper.

Hi There

Since I got back in my car for the rest of the weight loss journey, I want to try and write my menu down again. :-)

yesterday was:

B: skim milk with porridge, cinnamon and raisins

s:pear

l: one multi grain sandwich with red meat on it and some potatoe salad

d: 2 meatballs made of lean minced meat , witloof chicory with light cheese sauce and boiled potatoes

dessert: skim fruit yoghurt

A very good day! Now it is already wednesday here and I am off to my second very good day, hoping to incorporate exercise today :-)

B:  Egg Beater's omelet with spinach and feta       2 turkey sausage L:  Olive Garden      1 bowl minestrone soup (didn't eat the pasta)       2 helpings salad (no croutons) S:  2 WW string cheese       hard boiled egg       15 almonds       LC cheese wedge D:  Chicken Picatta at my favorite Italian restaurant (chicken, shrimp, broccoli)       (brought the side of pasta home to SO)       side salad with O&V dressing (no croutons) S:  Oreo McFlurry on the way home....DON'T ask me why (McDonald's got me too, Janina!) 1873 calories
